Personal service is the very cornerstone of our business. We aim to welcome you
with hospitality, generosity and sincere interest when showing you around this
distinctive and authentic trading post.
We have a permanent team of seafood chefs who have been building up
expertise in the field of local seafood for a very long time. In collaboration with the
Culinary Academy (Kulinarisk Akademi) and the Institute of Gastronomy
(Gastronomisk Institutt), we have developed a range of seafood dishes based
on local ingredients. We make everything from scratch and produce our own
stockfish and boknafisk (cured cod).
